The Relief Route Service Delivery Driver is a highly interactive role designed to accelerate growth while delivering premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers. As a key member of our team, you will serve as the face of Primo Brands, ensuring the correct products are delivered to the right location during scheduled timeframes.
This position goes beyond standard delivery; you will act as a sales partner, identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services to achieve monthly acquisition goals. You will also provide professional water dispenser cleaning services, adhering to strict quality processes. As a relief driver, you will have the opportunity to travel to other branches in the region to provide support as needed, ensuring our operations run smoothly across the Winchester, VA area and beyond.
Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers, resolve inquiries, and collaborate with team members.
