This role is designed to champion a precision reliability culture within our client facilities. You will partner with internal and external customers to engineer solutions that improve reliability and throughput. The position serves as a bridge between technical execution and strategic planning, ensuring that operating systems and best practices are fully understood and applied.
In this role, you will actively collaborate with maintenance teams to utilize predictive, preventative, and precision maintenance technologies. Your day-to-day involves identifying opportunities for capital expenditures, performing failure mode and effects analysis, and training teams on root cause analysis and work execution management. You will work to align ATS and customer KPIs while fostering a safety-first environment.

Desire to develop into a leadership role. Experience with data trend analysis, vibration analysis, motor current analysis, oil analysis, lubrication and hydraulic testing, laser alignment, nondestructive testing, infrared thermography, ultrasound technology, acoustic reliability technology, Weibull analysis, and Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies. Knowledge of various government regulations such as Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), National Electrical Testing Association (NETA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Ultrasound I Certification. Maintenance Lubrication Analyst I Certification. CMRP/ARP/CRP/CRL Certification. Green Belt certification. STS certification.
