This role is designed to champion a precision reliability culture within our clients' operations. You will partner with internal and external customers to engineer solutions that improve reliability and throughput. The position serves as a bridge between technical execution and strategic planning, ensuring that predictive, preventative, and precision maintenance strategies are effectively deployed to control risks prior to failure.
In this role, you will actively collaborate with maintenance teams to optimize maintenance execution and train others on advanced analysis techniques, including Root Cause Analysis, Bad Actor studies, and Fault Tree Analysis. You will also work closely with leadership to align ATS and customer KPIs, identifying opportunities for capital expenditures and communicating their return on investment.

Desire to develop into a leadership role. Experience with data trend analysis, vibration analysis, motor current analysis, oil analysis, lubrication and hydraulic testing, laser alignment, nondestructive testing, infrared thermography, ultrasound technology, acoustic reliability technology, Weibull analysis, and Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies. Knowledge of various government regulations such as cGMP, NETA, EPA, and OSHA. Ultrasound I Certification. Maintenance Lubrication Analyst I Certification. CMRP/ARP/CRP/CRL Certification. Green Belt certification. STS certification.
