Founded in 1985, ATS is a global leader in industrial maintenance, with a presence in the United States, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. Our mission is to make factories run better by providing professional expertise that drives reliability and efficiency. We are dedicated to fostering a culture of safety, precision, and continuous improvement across our operations.
This position serves as a strategic partner for multiple ATS site locations across the Midwest and East. While based in a remote home office, the role requires 50% travel to support our clients on the ground. You will be instrumental in championing a precision reliability culture, ensuring that our engineered solutions not only meet regulatory requirements but also significantly improve client throughput and equipment reliability.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and strategic planning. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with internal and external customers to identify opportunities for capital expenditures, developing ROI cases, and aligning ATS and customer KPIs. You will actively mentor maintenance teams on the use of predictive, preventative, and precision maintenance technologies, utilizing advanced tools like Root Cause Analysis, Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Work Execution Management (WEM) to control risks before they lead to failure.
We are committed to finding the right fit for our team. Candidates selected for this role will engage in a structured interview process designed to assess both technical proficiency and cultural alignment. This typically includes an initial screening, followed by technical deep-dives into reliability methodologies and scenario-based problem-solving sessions. Final rounds focus on team fit and leadership potential.
ATS is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in all aspects of employment to all applicants and employees without regard to age, color, race, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, and sexual orientation), national origin, disability, veteran status, genetic information, or other legally protected status. We believe in fair and equitable pay and offer market-leading benefit programs to support our team's well-being and growth.
