The Facilities & Tooling Manager serves as a critical leader within Pratt & Whitney Engine Services (PWES), responsible for driving equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and operational uptime in a highly regulated manufacturing environment. This role ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all plant equipment, facilities systems, and tooling assets that support production objectives.
You will lead a medium-sized team of skilled trades professionals, technicians, and engineers, overseeing mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and facilities functions. Your day-to-day involves partnering cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Engineering, EH&S, Supply Chain, and Program Management teams to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives. From managing preventative maintenance programs to leading capital projects from concept through execution, you will be instrumental in maintaining the infrastructure that powers the future of flight.

Experience within a highly regulated industry such as Aerospace, Aviation MRO, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, or Heavy Manufacturing. Previous experience working with industrial equipment and electrical systems up to 600V. OSHA 510 Certification. Training or experience related to NFPA 70E electrical safety standards. Experience managing CapEx budgets and multi-million-dollar facility or equipment projects. Experience with data acquisition systems, industrial automation, or equipment monitoring systems. Knowledge of calibration systems, metrology practices, and tooling lifecycle management.
Skills: Osha 510 Certification, Nfpa 70e, Lockout/tagout, Confined Space Entry, Hot Work, Hoist & Rigging Inspection, Electrical Safety, Data Acquisition Systems, Industrial Automation, Equipment Monitoring Systems.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline (or Advanced Degree with less experience).
