About the Role

Work Environment
Work is primarily performed outdoors, including in maintenance facilities and outdoor military training areas. As part of Katmai's mission to train US Marines, employees work side by side with them in all climates and conditions. The environment often involves adverse weather, including high humidity, heat, cold, wind, and rain.
Employees may be exposed to sharp objects, heat, loud noise, chemicals, lead, and vibration. Katmai strictly adheres to Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHA) regulations, and the use of personal protective equipment is mandatory where applicable. The role involves interacting with a wide variety of people across different functions and abilities.

Requirements
