About the Role

We are seeking a Relationship Specialist who is energized by building connections through meaningful interactions with current and prospective customers. As part of a local team, you will provide financing (floorplanning) for independent auto dealers. Your mission is to elevate customer relationships, attract new business, and grow AFC revenue while carefully balancing risk.

In this role, you will use critical thinking to assess business situations and make decisions with minimal oversight. You will leverage CRM tools to understand customer needs, manage existing accounts, and drive organic portfolio growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a multi-faceted environment, adapting to new challenges while maintaining a strong focus on productivity and a "people-first" commitment to success.

Where You'll Work

This position is based in the Charleston, WV market. The role requires frequent travel (50-75%) within your assigned territory to support our current and prospective customer base. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
