As a Relationship Manager in Longview, you will serve as the primary bridge between our cooperative and mid-size agricultural prospects. This role exists to drive market share growth while ensuring deep, lasting client satisfaction. You will focus on generating new business through direct solicitation and origination, while simultaneously managing and nurturing existing loan portfolios.
Your day will involve evaluating the unique financial needs of potential clients to craft appropriate solutions, followed by rigorous underwriting and structuring in alignment with our centralized underwriting units. Beyond the initial loan, you will maintain active relationships by monitoring credit compliance, resolving service issues, and making regular calls to borrowers and contacts to foster a thriving loan portfolio.
