The Customer Growth team partners with Business Owners to create long-term, meaningful relationships. Our goal is to deeply understand their businesses and how our products and services can help them achieve their goals. Acting as trusted advisors and informed teachers, we help business owners optimize the rewards and benefits they receive while leveraging Capital One products to increase profitability.
As a Relationship Manager, you will be part of a field-based team present in the lives of our customers, engaging with them in their community and workplace. You will serve as an advocate for our customers, bringing an entrepreneurial spirit to drive business results while delivering superior service. Your day will involve acting as a consultant to help businesses thrive and grow, ensuring they maximize the value of their partnerships with us.

Bachelor's Degree, 5 years of outside customer sales experience as an individual contributor, 1 year of experience working with Small Business Customers, 1 year of experience in the financial services industry, proficiency using Salesforce.com, proficiency using Google Suite.

Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
