As an Atlanta-based, Christian faith-based non-profit organization, our mission is to transform the lives of those at risk or victimized by sexual exploitation. Our programs offer participants transformation through therapeutic services, education, life skills, and professional development.
We are a growing organization with over 100 employees, seeking a Senior Director of Finance to join our Administration Department. This role is integral to supporting our mission by ensuring effective financial stewardship, operational efficiency, and the alignment of financial strategy with our organizational priorities.

You will collaborate closely with executive leadership to support decision-making, lead forecasting and capital planning efforts, and deliver monthly management and board-level financial reporting. Your work will directly enable Wellspring Living to serve individuals at risk of sexual exploitation by maintaining the fiscal health necessary for our programs to thrive.
