Key Responsibilities
- check_circleBuild and maintain trusted executive relationships with alternative investment firm stakeholders
- check_circleIdentify and advance expansion opportunities across the Drawbridge platform
- check_circleOwn the commercial side of renewals including timeline management and negotiation
- check_circleSubmit accurate weekly renewal forecasts with clear risk notes
- check_circleLeverage internal AI tools to synthesize client context and surface engagement gaps
- check_circleLead client interactions during regulatory exams, LP due diligence, and board-level risk conversations
- check_circleTranslate security program progress into business value narratives for clients' boards and LPs
- check_circleMonitor engagement signals to proactively manage account health and prevent client churn
Requirements
- verified3–6 years in a client-facing role (relationship management, account management, or customer success)
- verifiedExperience with NRR or retention accountability
- verifiedBackground in alternative investment management or cybersecurity/enterprise SaaS
- verifiedComfortable leveraging AI tools in daily workflow
Nice to Have
Familiarity with SEC examination preparedness, Reg S-P, or LP due diligence processes. Experience working alongside technical delivery teams (solutions engineers, vCISOs, or similar). Background in alternative investment operations (fund administration, compliance, technology). Prior experience at a cybersecurity, GRC, or compliance SaaS company. Hands-on experience using AI tools (Copilot, Claude, or similar) to manage client communications, synthesize account context, or accelerate workflow at scale.
