Pacific Sands Design & Engineering helps homeowners, property owners, designers, and building professionals turn project ideas into clear, permit-ready design and engineering plans. We provide residential design, architectural planning, construction documents, structural engineering, ADU plans, remodel plans, addition plans, new home design, lot development planning, and small commercial tenant improvement plans.
We are not a general contractor and this is not a construction sales role. Our sales team sells professional design, architectural, planning, and engineering services.
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and tech-savvy sales representative to help homeowners and property owners understand what they need to move their project forward. Most prospects come to us with an idea: an ADU, home addition, remodel, new home, structural change, or permit issue. Your job is to respond quickly, ask the right questions, explain our services clearly, guide the client through next steps, and help them move forward with Pacific Sands.
This is a great fit for someone who can speak confidently with homeowners, understands or is eager to learn the design and permitting process, and enjoys consultative selling. You will be selling valuable professional services in a growing firm with strong demand, operating in an entrepreneurial environment with room to grow.
Join a remote-friendly workflow with a Southern California project focus. You will have access to inbound lead flow from homeowners and property owners, supported by an experienced design and engineering team. Experience selling design, architecture, engineering, permitting, real estate, or professional services. Familiarity with ADUs, additions, remodels, new homes, structural engineering, or residential plan sets. Experience with Thumbtack, Houzz, Angi, Google Business Profile, or other lead platforms. CRM experience such as HubSpot, Streak, Salesforce, or similar. Experience presenting proposals live by phone or video. Knowledge of Southern California residential project types, permitting, or homeowner needs.
