The Sr. Manager, National Accounts Long-term care Channel Sales is a pivotal role designed to drive profitable growth across the full nutrition portfolio in the Long-Term Care and Medicare Part B channels. This position is not just about managing sales; it is about leading and developing a high-performing LTC sales team while strengthening relationships with billers, distributors, long-term care GPOs, and key customer stakeholders.
In this role, you will own the channel business plan and multi-channel selling strategy. You will use analytics and CRM insights to optimize pipeline performance, ensuring revenue and profitability goals are met in partnership with cross-functional teams. The position requires a strategic mindset to identify opportunities and ensure compliance with negotiated agreements, all while navigating a complex healthcare environment.
This is a nationwide role covering the United States, with a preference for candidates located near a major metropolitan airport to support the extensive travel required. You will commit to 75%+ travel for field coaching, customer engagement, and participation in company meetings, ensuring a strong field presence and direct connection with our partners.
