This position is open for the entire South Bay Market. The specific Financial Center location will be determined based on business needs. If offered a position, you will train at one financial center and may potentially move to another location within a reasonable commuting distance of your home, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
As a Relationship Banker, you will be the face of the bank in the lobby, engaging clients to educate and assist them with conducting transactions through self-service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATMs. You will manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively to drive the client experience. Beyond processing cash transactions, you will have the opportunity to have deep conversations with clients to gain in-depth knowledge of their financial and life priorities, connecting them to solutions that meet their financial goals. You will partner with experts in small business, lending, and investments to grow your business knowledge and network.

Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate's Degree such as business management, business administration or finance.
