This position is open for the entire market, and the specific Financial Center location will be determined based on business needs. If offered a position, you will train at one financial center and may potentially move to another location within a reasonable commuting distance of your home, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
As a Relationship Banker, you will be the face of the bank in the lobby, engaging clients to educate and assist them with conducting transactions through self-service resources like mobile banking, online banking, or ATMs. You will have the opportunity to build deep relationships with clients, gaining in-depth knowledge of their financial and life priorities to connect them with solutions that meet their goals. This role is designed for enthusiastic self-starters who are passionate about improving clients' financial lives and are comfortable engaging with all types of people.

This role is based in the Los Angeles North Orange area, with potential locations including La Mirada, Gardena, Paramount, La Habra, Lakewood, Norwalk, Cerritos, Buena Park, Whittier, and Bellflower. The position is a 1st shift role with 40 hours per week. Candidates must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours as scheduled.

One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals. Six months of cash handling experience. Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate's Degree such as business management, business administration or finance.
