As a Relationship Banker, you will be the face of the bank in the lobby, engaging clients to educate and assist them with conducting transactions through self-service resources like mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs. This role is designed for those who enjoy having deep conversations with clients to gain in-depth knowledge of their financial and life priorities, connecting them to solutions that meet their specific financial goals.
You will manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively while driving a superior client experience. The position requires accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions and partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments to grow your business knowledge and network. This role is open for the entire San Diego market; if offered a position, you will train at one financial center and may potentially move to another location within a reasonable commuting distance of your home based on business needs.
