We drive Responsible Growth and deliver for our clients, teammates, communities, and shareholders every day. Being a Great Place to Work is core to how we achieve this, including our commitment to an inclusive workplace, developing exceptional talent, and supporting our teammates' physical, emotional, and financial wellness.

The Relationship Banker serves as the first point of contact for clients in the lobby, engaging them to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources like mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs. This role goes beyond simple transaction processing; it involves having deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities, then connecting them to solutions that meet their specific financial goals.
You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions, managing financial center traffic and appointments, and driving a superior client experience. The position requires partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments to grow your business knowledge and network. While this position is open for the entire market, the specific Financial Center location will be determined by business needs. If offered a position, you will train at one financial center and may potentially move to another location within a reasonable commuting distance of your home.
To proceed with your application, you must be at least 18 years of age. Bank of America employees are required to meet all posting eligibility requirements prior to applying for any new position. Please review the posting eligibility requirements before applying.
