As a Relationship Banker, you will be the face of the bank in the lobby, engaging clients to educate and assist them with conducting transactions through self-service resources like mobile banking, online banking, or ATMs. This role is about more than just processing cash; it involves having deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities, then connecting them to solutions that meet their specific goals.
You will manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively while driving an exceptional client experience. By partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments, you will grow your business knowledge and network. This position is open for the entire San Fernando Valley West market. If offered a position, you will train at one financial center and may potentially move to another location within a reasonable commuting distance of your home, based on business needs.
