About the Role

This position is designed to engage clients directly in the lobby, serving as a vital link between traditional banking and modern self-service solutions. You will educate and assist clients in conducting transactions through mobile banking, online banking, or ATMs, ensuring they feel supported and empowered. Beyond simple transactions, you will have the opportunity to build deep relationships by understanding clients' financial and life priorities, connecting them with solutions that meet their specific goals.

You will be responsible for managing financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively while driving a superior client experience. This role requires you to grow your business knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments. As a Relationship Banker, you will act as a trusted advisor, identifying solutions for both new and existing clients while maintaining the bank's risk culture and operational excellence.

Location Flexibility: This position is open for the entire San Fernando Valley West market. While you will train at one financial center, the specific location will be determined by business needs. If offered a position, you may be moved to another location within a reasonable commuting distance of your home, subject to applicable law.

Requirements

Nice to Have

Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions. One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals. Six months of cash handling experience. Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate's Degree such as business management, business administration or finance.
