This position serves as the first point of contact for clients in the lobby, engaging them to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATMs. Beyond processing cash transactions accurately and efficiently, the role focuses on having deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities. The goal is to connect clients with solutions that meet their specific financial goals, driving the client experience while managing financial center traffic and appointments.
This position is open for the entire market, and the specific Financial Center location will be determined based on business needs. If offered a position, you will train at one financial center and may potentially be moved to another location within a reasonable commuting distance of your home, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
