This role is designed to be the first point of contact for clients entering the financial center. You will engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them in conducting transactions through self-service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATMs. Beyond processing cash transactions accurately and efficiently, you will have the opportunity to build deep relationships with clients. By having meaningful conversations to understand their financial and life priorities, you will connect them to solutions that meet their specific financial goals.

Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions. One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals. Six months of cash handling experience. Vietnamese or Spanish language skills. Bachelor's degree or business relevant associate degree such as business management, business administration, or finance.
