This role is designed to be the first point of contact for clients entering the financial center. You will engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them in conducting transactions through self-service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATMs. Beyond transactional support, you will have the opportunity to build deep relationships by having meaningful conversations to understand clients' financial and life priorities. Your goal is to connect these clients to solutions that meet their specific financial goals, driving the overall client experience while managing financial center traffic and appointments effectively.

Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions. One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals. Six months of cash handling experience. Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate's Degree such as business management, business administration or finance.
