This position is open for the entire Los Angeles Coast Market, with specific Financial Center locations in Long Beach, Torrance, Harbor City, Wilmington, San Pedro, and Rolling Hills Estates determined by business needs. If offered a position, you will train at one financial center and may potentially move to another location within a reasonable commuting distance of your home, subject to applicable law.
As a Relationship Banker, you will be the face of the bank in the lobby, engaging clients to educate and assist them in conducting transactions through self-service resources like mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs. Your day involves managing financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively while driving a superior client experience. You will have the opportunity to build deep relationships with clients, gaining in-depth knowledge of their financial and life priorities to connect them with solutions that meet their goals. This role requires partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments to grow your business knowledge and network.
