This position is designed for a professional Registered Nurse who utilizes the nursing process as the frame of reference for practice. You will provide direct nursing care to patients and families, systematically assessing health care needs to formulate, implement, and evaluate care plans. Your role involves making necessary nursing judgments and coordinating care with assistive personnel to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered outcomes.
You will work in a collegial relationship with other health professionals, acting as a patient advocate while maintaining trust and respect with patients and their families. The role requires a commitment to patient safety and accountability, reflecting the goals of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. You will also participate in quality improvement activities and professional development to ensure your practice remains current and effective.
