About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Wound Care team. In this role, you will manage both in-patient and out-patient cases involving complex wounds, treating patients through clinical pathways while adhering to standards of care and advanced clinical practice. You will collaborate closely with physicians, physical therapists, and other nurses to evaluate and manage patient needs, including post-discharge care planning and the ordering of necessary equipment and supplies.
Your day will involve conducting detailed physical exams, initiating and updating care plans, and educating patients and families about chronic wound management and preventative health measures. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting in-patient nurses by providing education on skin integrity maintenance and the prevention of skin breakdown.

Requirements
