Located at the Dell Seton Medical Center-UT in Austin, TX, this Inpatient Wound Care position is a full-time day shift role dedicated to providing specialized nursing care. As a Registered Nurse, you will serve as a primary coordinator for all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care. Your day will involve implementing and monitoring patient care plans, assessing discharge planning needs, and communicating patient conditions effectively. You will work closely with the healthcare team to carry out physician and nursing orders, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive support throughout their recovery journey.

Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in an inpatient or acute care setting, with at least 1 year in wound care or related specialty. Certification in Wound Care (CWCN) is preferred, or willing to pursue following hire. Ostomy certification (CWON) is a plus. BSN.
