Our network includes 11 hospitals (4 of which are Magnet® designated), the Emory Clinic, and more than 425 provider locations. The Emory Healthcare Network, established in 2011, stands as the largest clinically integrated network in Georgia, employing over 3,450 physicians across 70 different subspecialties.

We are committed to providing better benefits, valuable resources, ongoing mentorship, and leadership programs for all types of jobs, enabling you to be what you want to be.

About the Role

The RN Clinician is an experienced healthcare professional dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care for a specific population. This role serves as a vital resource for colleagues and a strong advocate for patients and their families. Using clinical knowledge, research, and experience, you will adapt to changing situations and personalize care based on the AACN Synergy Model for Patient Care.

In this position, you will function in a developing leadership capacity, collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and care partners. You will delegate appropriately, assist in orienting staff and students, and demonstrate strong communication and conflict resolution skills. Your work will directly impact patient outcomes through thorough assessments, the development of individualized care plans, and the identification of learning needs for patients and families.

Beyond direct patient care, you will play a key role in quality improvement and professional development. You will identify the need for policy revisions based on evidence-based research, collect and analyze data to improve care standards, and actively engage in professional growth opportunities. Maintaining required points and contact hours per the clinical lattice PLAN system is essential to your ongoing development within the organization.
