The RN Clinician in the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit is an experienced healthcare professional dedicated to delivering safe, effective, and independent nursing care. This role serves as a vital resource for colleagues and an advocate for patients and families, utilizing clinical knowledge and research to personalize care based on the AACN Synergy Model for Patient Care.
In this position, you will adapt to changing situations to meet the unique needs of our specific patient population. You will function in a developing leadership capacity, including Charge Nurse responsibilities when assigned, and assist in orienting staff and students. Your work involves thorough patient assessments, developing care plans with family input, and analyzing data to improve patient care outcomes and meet organizational standards.
