The RN Clinician is an experienced healthcare professional dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care for a specific population. This role serves as a vital resource for colleagues and a strong advocate for patients and their families. Using a blend of clinical knowledge, research, and experience, you will adapt to changing situations and personalize care based on the AACN Synergy Model for Patient Care.
In this position, you will function in a developing leadership capacity, potentially taking on Charge Nurse responsibilities. You will work effectively with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and family care partners, demonstrating strong communication and conflict resolution skills. Your day-to-day involves identifying the need for policy revisions based on evidence-based research and actively engaging in professional growth to improve patient care outcomes.
