About the Role
The Registered Nurse (RN) serves as a pivotal professional caregiver within our outpatient clinic network, assuming full responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. Operating under the nursing process, you will leverage technology, therapeutic interventions, and evidence-based practices to coordinate care alongside physicians and interdisciplinary team members. This role is essential for delivering specialized ambulatory care, prioritizing triage, and executing established protocols to meet the unique needs of our patients.
Position Context
This is a PRN Float position covering Ambulatory Clinics in the Wasatch Back region, including Park City and Heber. The role encompasses a diverse mix of specialty and primary care, as well as Instacare shifts. Clinics operate from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, while Instacare locations are open seven days a week and on holidays. As a float pool caregiver, you are expected to work entire requested shifts and submit availability for at least one weekday shift per pay period and two weekend shifts per month. Shifts in this region may qualify for mileage reimbursement.
