The Registered Nurse (RN) serves as a pivotal member of the care delivery team at Holy Rosary Hospital in Miles City, Montana. Reporting to the physician, this professional caregiver assumes full responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within an outpatient clinic setting. The role supports both the Holy Rosary OB/GYN Clinics and the General Surgery Clinic, requiring specialized knowledge pertinent to ambulatory care needs.
In this position, you will utilize the nursing process, leveraging technology and evidence-based practice to coordinate care with other health team members. Your scope includes prioritizing and triaging care delivery, implementing standing orders and protocols, and performing procedures consistent with your training and licensure. You will play a key role in assisting with provider results, supporting lactation consultations, and providing wound care services, ensuring patients receive comprehensive care from admission to discharge.
