Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCoordinate and supervise the delivery of nursing care and activities on assigned units
- check_circleManage budgetary personnel activities, regulatory activities, and Electronic Medical Record support
- check_circleParticipate in the formulation of nursing policies and goals as well as policies affecting other departments
- check_circleProvide direct supervision to assigned personnel, assist with orientation, and conduct performance appraisals
- check_circleDesign and implement strategic operational plans related to changes in the healthcare environment
- check_circleConduct leadership rounds and proactively review unit risk exposure to develop educational activities
- check_circleDevelop and initiate improvements in the organization and delivery of high quality patient care
- check_circleResolve patient and customer related issues in a timely manner and ensure incident reporting
Requirements
