About the Role
You will join the team at Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown in Nashville, TN, serving as a Telemetry Nurse on the night shift, including weekends. In this role, you will be the central hub for patient care, coordinating efforts across multiple specialties to provide a seamless, high-quality experience. Your day will involve monitoring real-time patient status to enable swift clinical decisions and executing advanced clinical skills, such as cardiac drip titration and ACLS protocols, to support high-acuity patients. You will lead the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care while managing the full discharge process to ensure patients and families transition with clarity and confidence.
