About the Role

As a Telemetry Nurse at Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown in Nashville, TN, you will lead the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care on the night shift, including weekends. Your role serves as the central hub for high-acuity patient care, requiring you to monitor and communicate real-time patient status to enable swift, life-saving clinical decisions. You will coordinate care efforts across multiple specialties, acting as a bridge between hospitalists, cardiologists, and NPs to provide a seamless patient experience. This position demands the execution of advanced clinical skills, such as cardiac drip titration and ACLS protocols, while managing the full discharge process to ensure patients and families transition with clarity and confidence.
