We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Skilled Nursing department at the GSS NE Albion facility in Albion, Nebraska. In this role, you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents, collaborating with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
You will care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. This includes coordinating care, conducting resident assessments, providing education, and performing various nursing interventions. You may serve as a charge nurse, delegating appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe, reliable administration of resident care.
Your practice will be grounded in the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as published by the American Nurses Association, functioning within the scopes and standards outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules of the state.
