About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at our Brainerd, MN facility, you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. Your role involves collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
You will serve as a vital link in care coordination, resident assessment, and education. Depending on the shift, you may also function as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe and reliable administration of care. Your practice will be grounded in the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as published by the American Nurses Association.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (e.g., CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA). Bachelor's Degree in nursing.
