About the Role

This position offers a dynamic opportunity to float between different specialty clinics in Sioux Falls, providing flexibility and exposure to diverse patient populations. You will serve as a vital link in the care continuum, performing medical assistant and clerical duties to support clinic operations and patient care.

In this role, you will greet patients, conduct clinical interviews, and collect vital signs. Your day will involve assisting providers with patient care, instructing patients on sample collection and health maintenance, and ensuring accurate documentation in medical records. You will also manage the flow of patients, maintain exam room supplies, and handle lab specimen processing and sterilization. Additionally, you will provide backup support to front desk personnel, managing phone calls and appointment scheduling.
