About the Role
This position serves as the primary support for a new provider in internal medicine at our Avera Medical Group location. Whether as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will deliver professional nursing care under the direction of the provider, acting as a vital link between physicians, the healthcare team, and patients. Your day will involve administering medications, coordinating clinic activities, and preparing patients for examinations. You will also play a key role in patient education regarding diagnostics, nutrition, and wellness, while ensuring the clinic runs smoothly by managing appointment flows and maintaining exam room standards.

Requirements
