About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in delivering the best possible nursing care. In this role, you will be an integral part of a family-oriented environment where your work directly impacts the lives of residents, families, and friends.

Your day will involve developing comprehensive nursing diagnoses and care objectives, then coordinating with physicians and the broader health care team to execute those plans. You will provide holistic support, teaching residents and their families about conditions, medications, and self-care skills while monitoring for changing needs. Whether you are reviewing physician prescriptions, managing admission and discharge workflows, or directing the workflow of nursing assistants, your goal is to maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment that adheres to the highest therapeutic standards.
