About the Role

Located at Avera Oahe Manor, this Registered Nurse position is designed to deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents. You will develop nursing diagnoses, establish care objectives, and define interventions while providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to residents, families, and friends.

Your day-to-day involves reviewing physician prescriptions, communicating care plans to the health care team, and coordinating with other providers. You will teach residents and their families about conditions, medications, and self-care skills, while continuously evaluating care outcomes and modifying plans as needs change. Additionally, you will maintain a safe environment by adhering to infection-control policies and medication regulations, manage supplies, and coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers.

Compensation & Bonuses

• Registered Nurse: May be eligible for a $15,000–$20,000 sign-on bonus and a $2,500 relocation bonus.
• Licensed Practical Nurse: May be eligible for up to a $7,500 sign-on bonus and a $1,500 relocation bonus.
