About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) at Avera Mother Joseph Manor, you will deliver professional nursing care in a patient-focused setting. This role exists to ensure residents receive comprehensive support, including physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual care. You will develop nursing diagnoses and care plans, coordinate with physicians and the broader healthcare team, and teach residents and their families about conditions, medications, and self-care skills. Your work will directly impact the quality of life for our residents by monitoring changing conditions, re-evaluating care objectives, and maintaining a safe, secure environment in compliance with all regulatory standards.
