About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver the best possible nursing care in our patient-focused setting. In this role, you will be part of a team that develops professional nursing care, assessments, and evaluations for our residents. Your day will involve establishing nursing care objectives, defining interventions, and providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to residents, families, and friends.

You will coordinate with physicians and other healthcare providers to review prescriptions and communicate care plans. A significant part of your role involves teaching residents and their families about conditions, medications, and self-care skills. You will also direct and plan the workflow of nursing assistants, ensuring a safe, secure, and healthy environment by adhering to infection-control policies and legal regulations.
