As a New Graduate RN, you will join a multidisciplinary team built with the goal of providing care where you matter. You will have the opportunity to begin your journey in diverse clinical environments, including Ortho/Trauma, Brain & Spine (Neuro), Surgical Renal, and various Behavioral Health units (Adult, Adolescent, and Child). Unit descriptions are available for review to help you find the best fit for your interests.

The Role

In this position, you will deliver comprehensive nursing care by developing nursing diagnoses, establishing care objectives, and defining interventions. Your day-to-day impact involves providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, families, and friends. You will work closely with physicians and the healthcare team to understand patient conditions, medications, and self-care skills, while noting changing needs and re-evaluating care plans.

You will be responsible for teaching healthcare requirements, instructing patients and families on conditions and medications, and maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy patient care environment. This includes adhering to infection-control policies, medication administration procedures, and legal regulations. Additionally, you will ensure patient care equipment and supplies are maintained and ready for use, keeping your nursing competence aligned with leadership expectations.
