About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will be the cornerstone of resident care, delivering a holistic approach that addresses physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs. Your day will involve developing comprehensive nursing diagnoses and care plans, coordinating with physicians and the broader healthcare team, and teaching residents and their families about self-care skills and medication management.

You will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment by adhering to strict infection-control policies and regulatory standards. Beyond clinical duties, you will direct the workflow of nursing assistants, ensuring a productive and efficient unit. This role is designed for those who thrive in a collaborative setting where they can make a tangible difference in the lives of residents and their loved ones.
