About the Team
Sentara Leigh Hospital, located in Norfolk, VA, is a 274-bed acute care facility that opened in 1903 and relocated to its present site in 1977. Following a major renovation in 2016, the hospital features two new patient towers, a beautiful atrium, and a multi-story parking garage. As a Magnet hospital for nursing excellence, Sentara Leigh specializes in orthopedic and spine care, heart and vascular services, maternity care, and general surgery. The facility is also a recognized accredited Primary Stroke Center and home to the region's only 24-hour hyperbaric oxygen program.

About the Role
We are currently hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Med/Surg Observation Unit at Sentara Leigh Hospital. This role offers the opportunity to encourage patients on their recovery journey and make a long-term impact in a short amount of time. You will join a team where exceptional teamwork ensures the best care for our patients.

Your primary focus will be assessing and admitting patients, conducting rounding checks, administering medications, communicating with family members, and being responsible for the overall care of your patients.

Hiring Process
