About the Role
We are opening a new branch in Hillsborough, North Carolina, and seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Director Hospice to lead our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a natural leader passionate about patient-centered care, team development, and clinical excellence to join us in transforming hospice care.
As the Executive Director RN, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for our developing location. You will be accountable for clinical quality, operational performance, and sustainable census expansion. Your day-to-day will involve managing and directing interdisciplinary teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, and fostering a culture of compassion, respect, and integrity. You will serve as a vital link between the organization's mission and the community, building relationships with the Governing Body, referral partners, and local stakeholders while upholding regulatory standards and business goals.

Requirements
- verifiedRegistered Nurse with minimum of associate's degree in nursing required

Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing. Three years' experience in direct patient care in a clinical setting. Three to five years healthcare sales/ management experience.
