About the Role
Based in our Londonderry, NH office, this full-time position serves the Salem, Atkinson, Plaistow, Kingston, Danville, East Pelham, Windham, and Sandown areas. You will work a consistent Monday–Friday day shift, balancing professional responsibilities with a flexible schedule designed to promote work-life balance.
In this role, you will partner with patients, families, and physicians to develop and manage comprehensive care plans. Your day will involve assessing patient status, initiating preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures, and administering medications as prescribed. You will maintain accurate clinical notes, communicate critical changes in patient conditions to physicians, and ensure a safe environment for every patient. Additionally, you may supervise ancillary personnel, participate in on-call duties, and actively engage in quality assessment and performance improvement teams.

Requirements
