We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Night Shift team in Gainesville, FL. In this role, you will be the backbone of our inpatient rehabilitation unit, ensuring seamless care transitions and comprehensive patient support during the night hours.
Your day will involve receiving admissions and transfers, conducting systematic initial and ongoing patient assessments, and interpreting diagnostic data, including labs and telemetry. You will ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately while providing essential instruction and counseling to patients and their families. Using EPIC for documentation, you will maintain timely and accurate records that reflect the high standards of our facility.
