In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to patients on the Med/Surg/Telemetry unit, focusing on the management and interpretation of dysrhythmias. You will actively participate in rapid response and code teams, working closely with interdisciplinary groups including physical therapy and respiratory services. Candidates must be comfortable working with flexible staffing ratios and possess the ability to float within their scope to meet facility needs. Depending on patient care requirements, there may be an expectation to float to sister facilities. Weekend coverage is required, and the role involves a 13-week contract with night shifts (3 days x 12 hours). While ten days of time off may be approved during the contract period, specific blackout dates apply.
