TravelNurseSource is partnering with Cynet Health to locate a qualified Registered Nurse for a Med/Surg / Telemetry assignment in Pueblo, Colorado. Day in the Life
In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, including adults and geriatrics with various medical conditions. The daily patient census averages around 34, requiring strong clinical judgment and adaptability. Key responsibilities include managing and interpreting dysrhythmias, participating in rapid response and code teams, and utilizing Epic for charting. You will work closely with physical therapy and respiratory services to ensure holistic patient outcomes.
The position demands flexibility, including the ability to float within your scope to meet facility needs and coverage for weekends. You may also be required to float to sister facilities based on patient care demands. The environment is fast-paced, with a focus on navigating flexible staffing ratios and handling complex cases ranging from stroke to COVID-19.

Contract Details
This 13-week contract operates on a night shift schedule (3 days x 12 hours). While the role requires significant dedication, ten days of time off may be approved during the contract period, subject to specific blackout dates.
